Terms of Use for XRMFusion

Welcome to XRMFusion. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the XRMFusion application ("App"), a Software as a Service (SaaS) tool available in the Microsoft Appsource Marketplace. XRMFusion, developed by ITK Communications GmbH, provides detailed caller information for incoming Microsoft Teams calls. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use or access the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using XRMFusion, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and agree to be bound by them. Your use of XRMFusion is also subject to the Microsoft Appsource Marketplace's terms and conditions.

2. Description of Service

XRMFusion is a SaaS tool that integrates with Microsoft Teams to provide users with detailed caller information for incoming calls. The service is designed to enhance the productivity and efficiency of your business communications.

3. Registration and Account Security

To use XRMFusion, you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using XRMFusion, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. XRMFusion accesses the following data of the customer: - User email address and user-ID of the user for which the service is licensed. - Microsoft tenant ID - Azure Communication Token for licensed Users - User access token of the "service user" (used for Graph API access with delegate permissions) - Number of licenses The data that is stored is necessary for the proper operation of XRMFusion. We delete all data, including log entries for a customer, as soon as the SaaS has been canceled and the data is not needed anymore to provide the Teams Assistant Service (24h after cancelation or 7 days after the subscription was suspended), billing information (90 days after cancelation) and license management (30 days after cancelation).

5. User Conduct

You agree to use XRMFusion only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use the service to violate any laws, infringe upon anyone's rights, or to transmit harmful or offensive content.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to XRMFusion are owned by ITK Communications GmbH or our licensors. You may not use any of our intellectual property rights without our express written consent. Your use of XRMFusion does not grant you any ownership in the service or the content you access.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide XRMFusion "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, either express or implied. We will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of XRMFusion.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the Terms on the App or through other communication. Your continued use of XRMFusion after changes to the Terms means you accept those changes.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to XRMFusion immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use XRMFusion will immediately cease.
