Answer
Once a ticket is closed, you will receive a final email for your ticket and have the opportunity to rate the entire process.
- Open the final email
- Select a rating rating and click on the selected star
- By clicking on one of the stars your feedback has already been submitted. You still have the possibility to add a comment to your rating.
