Answer

Once a ticket is closed, you will receive a final email for your ticket and have the opportunity to rate the entire process. 

  1. Open the final email
  2. Select a rating rating  and click on the selected star

  3. By clicking on one of the stars your feedback has already been submitted. You still have the possibility to add a comment to your rating.
