Once your account has been added as a contact, you can activate your Service Desk Portal account by resetting your password. 

Next, you will receive an email with a link where you can reset your account password. 

After receiving the said email, proceed as follows: 

  1. Enter your email address in the "Username" field and click "Send me an email".
  2. After the email has been sent successfully, the following message appears:


  3. Open your email and check the inbox and follow the instructions within this email.
    If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder. 


  4. Create your new password and confirm with "Create".

    The password must consist of at least 8 characters (at least 1 capital letter & 1 number or 1 special character).




  5. You will be redirected to the start page of our Service Desk portal.
